Join Native American shaman Dr. Avery Alexander for an enlightening experience exploring the process of using your soul to travel back and retrieve and clear an earlier event. Beginning with a blindfold and breath exercise (allowing your mind to not focus on what it sees around you and keeping it busy by specific breathing) allows you to go back in time, often with the help of a spirit animal.
