Julia's coaching involves a number of techniques and modalities because everyone is unique and needs a different approach to what they are wanting to create in their life. Some just need a little watering, some need some pruning and some extra nutrients and some need intense love and tender care. I will meet you right where you are, hold your hand as you clear weeds that are blocking your growth and cheer you on as you bloom into a beautiful, flourishing you! May include Breathwork, Visualization, Guided Meditation and Inner Child Healing Work.

Did you know there is a whole library of information in the etheric realm that can tell you more about who your soul is longing to be, what healing would empower you to become the best version of yourself and what past life or generational karma you are carrying around?  Come with an open mind and open heart and you will have a beautiful and illuminating experience.
